HOUSTON, Jan 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/– Houston American Energy Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: HUSA – News), announces that drilling has begun on its Garza #1 well in its St. Paul Prospect, San Patricio County, Texas. This well will be drilled to approximately 5900′ to test a series of Frio sands. The drilling phase and open hole evaluation should take about ten days. HUSA owns a 5% working interest in the well and the 380 acre prospect leasehold.
